Gravimetric batch blender can dose and mix multiple components based on the preset ratios automatically and precisely, compared to the traditional manual blending, it has advantages like below:

The whole system works like below:
The flashes drop to the belt conveyor–conveyor to convey flashes to a central crusher–vacuum blower to load flakes back to the gravimetric blender–after blending, the built-in vacuum blower to load the mixture to the extrusion blowing machine(EBM).
